How To Solve Mobile Network Not Available Issue In Mobile?

Sometimes we faced some mobile network issues in our mobile due to some technical or cellular communication disturbance. Which creates the unavailability of signals in mobile. That is called Mobile Network Not Available. So here I will explain to you how to solve Mobile network not available issues without any external support on your mobile devices.

In some situations, if you try to make a call and if it will give an error or do not able to deliver a call. Then it called a Mobile network not available. And due to the unavailability of the mobile network, you will get another message called the mobile network not available as well.

Here are 5 methods which will explain how to solve mobile network not available issue in your Android mobile.

Method 1: Leave your mobile for some time to fix mobile network not available issue

So the first thing I recommend you is you should not be starting to make any changes in settings. Go straight away give your phone sometimes. Maybe like a minute or two and see if the issue results on its own. Because sometimes the signal gets blocked because you're in a building. If the issue has not resolved after. Let's say two-five minutes but I suggest you do is just walk around and see if you get a signal.

If you move outside the building and in case you still don't have any signal. And you're not able to make a call what you should try to do is you should try the airplane mode option on your phone. So turn it on give it like a few seconds and turn it back off. And let's see if you get any signal. Sometimes it does take a little bit of time for the signal bar to show up and in this case, it's still not doing anything.

So if you try to make a call again and network not available. Then try to move your phone around to see if you get any signal or not. Now if your issue has not resolved use other methods to solve mobile network not available issue.

Method 2: Restart your phone now

You should do this before making any setting changes. Because sometimes people make some changes on their phone and then they have other issues to deal with. So let's see if your issue gets resolve after restarting the phone. The issue may be resolve and they're good to go. Now in case still your mobile network not available. You need to look into settings and see what the issue actually is now.

Method 3: Lookout on SIM Card setting

You go into settings on your phone and then go into your SIM cards and mobile networks and see if you see anything odd in settings or default settings so one thing is which could be an issue for you is if you have a dual SIM phone maybe your SIM cards are not set up correctly.

So, in this case, you cannot set it because you only have one SIM card and in case you just have one SIM card on a dual SIM this necessarily does not mean that you have any issue but in case you have a dual SIM and you have two SIM cards make sure that it's set to the correct one.

Now the next thing would be to go into the SIM card settings and select preferred network type now.

In this case, if your network mode is set to 2g and not getting any signal that time you should try to connect 3G and see you have the signal now or not and if you have also 4G network setting then set to 4G which is LTE and in case of newer phones it might be even 5g.

Method 4: Take out the SIM Card Tray and change the Slot

If this still mobile network not available then what I recommend to you is to actually take out your SIM card and you can do that by using a SIM card tray opener and you can take it out in case of a dual SIM card.

One thing you can try to move into the other SIM card slot and see if you get a signal. The other thing is in case you just have like a single SIM card slot based phone. You just like to take it out and put it back in and see maybe because the connection was not there or your SIM card is a little bit old sometimes that causes an issue as well.

Method 5: Enable Dual 4G setting

The next thing would be you should notice in settings is if you did not have the dual 4G enabled. Now for a dual SIM card phone, you can try enabling this option as well and see if everything works. And the thing is that when you get the signal out there make sure that you actually test it out as well.

So now you should disable your Wi-Fi and enable data so and then let's go to some website and see if you are able to load web pages or not.

Method 6: Search for Mobile Network manually

One more thing I would like to actually add is if none of this still works you can try to go into your mobile networks and in most phones its set to automatic however you can disable that option and search for networks near you and try to connect to them. It does take a little bit of time for this option to search every network available.

Once the mobile networks are available on the list you can actually try selecting them and see if they work. Just be careful that sometimes there might be roaming charges if you try to connect to any external network. So just be careful at the time of checking with your service provider if you can connect to those networks or not sometimes they have some kind of deals and you don't get charged.

So by these different useful methods, you can solve mobile networks not available issues. If still do not get resolve the issue after applying these methods. Then you can contact the customer care of your network operator. Or the nearest network operator and tell them to resolve the issue.
